Snuggle Nest is an online store selling comfort and enrichment products for cats and dogs. Our store runs on Shopify, and our orders are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners.

Using our site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
You agree to give accurate, current information at checkout, including your name, email, and shipping address.
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access it in ways we don't allow.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and sizes and measurements are approximate. Our products are for pet comfort and enrichment and are not medical or veterinary products. Always supervise your pet with new products, and follow any care and safety instructions that come with heated items. If you have questions about your pet's health, please talk to your veterinarian.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we don't store your full card details.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing or listing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Snuggle Nest or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission.

Our site may link to or use services from third parties. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't make any warranties beyond those stated in our policies or required by law.
