Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase.

Processing and delivery times

Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after you place them (not counting weekends and holidays).
Delivery: after your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Our products ship from partner warehouses in the US. If your order has more than one item, the items may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally slow things down.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays, lost, and stolen packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands, and we aren't responsible for carrier delays. That said, we're here to help:

No tracking updates for a while, or package seems lost? Email us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier and our fulfillment partner.
Tracking says delivered, but you can't find it? Check around your home and with neighbors, and wait a day, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If it still hasn't shown up, email us and we'll do what we can to help.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
