Returns and Refunds
You may return any new, unused pet bed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and free of any pet hair or damage. Returns must also include the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Our customer service team will guide you through the steps, providing a return shipping label if necessary.
